Shipping & Delivery
Thanks for purchasing our products at Mingherbs.com operated by Shentao Pte. Ltd. In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and the product sealing remains intact.
A proof of return shipping needs to be provided so we can properly track it.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping, Handling and any applicable tax are not refundable, except in certain states and countries where these items are refundable.
Please note our shipping terms for your orders. As per International Commercial Terms (Incoterms), our operations follow the Carriage Paid To (CPT) terms. This means that we cover the cost of freight to your designated country. Beyond this point, any customs duties, taxes, or potential losses during transit are not covered by our shipping terms.
When you purchase goods online that don’t originate in the country you reside in, they may be subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. Each country imposes a different tax rate and free import limit. Customers are responsible for checking what this limit is for their country, and are responsible for the duties payable.
We are pleased to inform that we now offer both EXPRESS and Regular shipping options for international orders. Depending on the choice, an additional shipping fee may apply. We stand committed to continue absorbing a portion of the fee, as we have done in the past. We appreciate your understanding during these times.
We’re happy to announce that we have expanded our shipping destinations to include Russia, India, and Thailand. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to North Korea, Iran, Cuba, Lebanon, Portugal, Mexico, Brazil.
We will aim to process your order within 24 hours, but please keep in mind that we are a small family owned business so occasionally it might be slightly later. We’re not Amazon – so chill!
Delivery time may sometimes take longer than usual because ‘herbs’ go through a longer inspection period in customs. This is out of our control so please be patient when awaiting your delivery
Lost or missing deliveries
With every order you place, we take utmost care and ensure that your goods are carried safely up to your country’s port of entry under our Carriage Paid To (CPT) responsibility. Should a delivery be lost while it’s within our purview, rest assured, we’re committed to sending you a replacement.
However, once the parcel reaches your country and is handed over to local carriers, it moves out of our direct control. If a package appears to be lost or missing from that point onward, we assure you we’ll do our utmost to support. We’ll assist with providing tracking details and liaise with carriers to determine the whereabouts of your parcel.
Still, we kindly ask for your understanding that, in such circumstances, we are unable to offer refunds or send replacements. Your aid and proactive involvement in resolving such situations are deeply appreciated — it’s truly a team effort.
