REDUCES APPETITE, HELPS WITH DIGESTION AND WEIGHT LOSS
Truth is there are very few people who can make a shot of chai like all the chai stalls in India. This is one of the things that I missed the most about India. Indian chai is integrated into the culture, as the way of being an Indian, and in all the travels throughout India. Chai is always a constant whether one is in a small village, big city, or in the middle of nowhere deep in the Himalayas.
I was inspired to make a cup of chai that is closest to what you can get in India.
The herbs and spices in this tea are very good for improving circulation, helps curb appetite, and maintains alertness.
