DIRECTIONS: Take 1-3 capsules twice a day or as needed.

1. Look into the distance, preferably at nature or greenery.
2. Cup your eyes with the palms of your hands for a minute
3. Massage your eyes with your palms.
It is important to learn some eye exercises for strengthening the eye muscles and to do them daily or, at least 3-4 times a week. There are some very good videos on YouTube. The eye muscles need to be toned for the eyes to work well.
